Priory Emergency Treatment Service provides a comprehensive and convenient out-of-hours service, operating at night and weekends, providing the best possible care for your pets, with vets and nurses available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year for advice and treatment.

As pet owners ourselves, we believe PETS to be the best out-of-hours provider to treat and stabilise your pet when we are closed. It is ideally located in the Brighton area - It is in the best interest for your pet to seek medical attention as soon as possible in any emergency situation.

To ensure the best possible care for your pet, PETS has state of the art equipment as well as supplies for blood transfusions in dogs, specialist heart medications and less common treatments including Adder anti-venom, in-house laboratory, intravenous fluid therapy, oxygen, ultrasound and CT scanning, and the ability to perform surgery if required 24 hours a day.
