Equine Rehabilitation
Cliffe Equine Veterinary Clinic is now able to offer Equine rehabilitation under veterinary guidance at our clinic in Laughton, East Sussex. Just £30 per day covers the livery costs (£15) and rehabilitation treatment and care (£15).
We can provide assessment, rehabilitation and care of injured horses for example tendon or ligament damage, or horses recovering from surgery. Our team will assess each individual horse and create a tailor made rehabilitation programme for each with veterinary input to aid the recovery of your horse. The rehabilitation and care of your horse will be carried out by our experienced Veterinary Nurses.
Our rehabilitation facilities will help to optimise your horses’ recovery from injury or surgery and their return to work, whilst minimising the risk of re-injury.
We can provide facilities for box rest and recuperation, cold hosing or icing, controlled exercise on our horse walker or treadmill, restricted turnout, indoor and outdoor ménages.
In addition to the rehabilitation facilities and care that we will provide in your horses treatment programme; physiotherapy, farriery, dentistry and additional veterinary treatment can be arranged as required at an additional cost.
